Signature
Terms and Conditions: SVC Members may only transfer their
Signature status to immediate family members as part of a
transfer of Shell Vacations Club Memberships. However,
minimum point values and membership requirements apply.
Signature Members must maintain the minimum eligibility
requirements at all times to remain a Signature Member.
Participating Direct Members must keep their existing Direct
Memberships active to meet the continuing eligibility
requirements for Signature. Other Terms and Conditions may
apply and, regardless of Signature status, existing annual
club fees still apply. Programs & SVC Point values are
